    We had a goal of purchasing the Tocumwal Post Office but it seemed like an unachievable goal after being knocked back from lenders. We knew that it was a profitable business and we could definitely afford it but no lender would listen to us. Kerry from Simply Intelligent Finance was recommended to us from another local business owner and we are so thankful they did. Kerry went straight into action and wouldn�t take no for an answer. She went to bat for us like no broker ever has. She was relentless in her effort to make it happen for us. When we hit a wall, she found a way around it. She made the whole process so smooth for us. She was professional and friendly the whole way through the journey.     At a time when many brokers said no or offered very unattractive options, Kerry stepped in and was truly remarkable. She looked for ways to help with my current financial situation, helped me restructure my finances, and even managed to convince ING to change their original approval conditions. I don't think I would own my property today without her help! Highly recommended!

    Kerry is one of the few people who are so well equipped with all the tech tools out there which expedite things significantly. Her knowledge and work ethics are unmatched. On top of everything else, she is such a nice person to work with and her top priority is to help her customers, for that, she goes out of her way. I highly recommend her.

    Kerry is not your regular Financial advisor, Kerry went over and beyond when I and my partner bought our house at the of 20.
