I used Lendsure to facilitate the refinancing of my home. Wayne from Lendsure was great and very approachable and responsive to my needs. Wayne arranged for a reduction in both interest rate and loan term for our home loan. The end result was not only a reduction in monthly payments but also shortened the period of my loan.

I needed a personal loan and I needed it fast, like really fast, within 48 hours. Wayne at Lendsure Finance not only achieved a.loan for me within that time frame, but a loan with a very competitive interest rate, on terms that suited me perfectly. He was professional, optimistic (even though I was not) and did not just go with the first available option, as I would have in my panic because of my time constraints, but spent time probing me to ascertain longer term needs and then seeking the right option for me. I do not enjoy working with figures and chasing up paperwork and he made it all easy and stress-free. I found working with a broker so much better than trying to do it myself, especially one with the contacts and knowledge and experience of Lendsure. assisted me and talked through the step by step process with his great
communication skills, he successfully found the most appropriate loan
for me. He was easily contactable in between my work timetable and was
very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining everything to
me in a way that I could understand.
I’m sure that we’ll work together again in the future but in the

I received excellent service and support from Lendsure Finance when I recently refinanced 3 home mortgages. I would highly recommend Lendsure Finance as a mortgage broker. Wayne, my contact, was friendly and responsive to my needs. He was thorough in determining what I wished to achieve from the refinancing (e.g. low interest, interest only, offset account, etc) and he set about identifying the best deal available in the market on each loan. Wayne also took much of the effort out of the loan search and the loan renegotiations, simply listing the things I had to supply or sign, and he took care of the rest. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Lendsure negotiated interest rates that were equal to or better than any I had identified and certainly far lower that the rates the large banks were charging me on these loans I also got my desired 5 years interest only on my investment property loans and an interest offset account against my home mortgage, even with a fixed rate loan which is great.
