Hats off for this broker especially Abhi. He helped us a lot with our mortgage. My Everyday bank was not looking into my application as wife’s income was not acceptable for loan. it was a very stressful situation and then I was referred to Abhi by my cousin who assisted him recently.
Abhi not only helped me to find solution with lender he negotiated lowest rate that were not advertised by lender.
He provided me Free property reports, guided me all steps to be mindful in property purchase.
After my pre-approval I got some hurdles securing property his positive approach took all stress for my property purchase.
He could be very busy time to time however upon request was available to answer my queries after hrs.
